thank you for playing. I appreciate it.

Loved the setting of this one! I enjoyed the mystery unravelling, and I'd love to see this further fleshed out and updated in the future with more branches/extra lore. I did find the ending a little bit confusing, though it does make sense for a cliffhanger. Would really be interested in seeing a sequel!

Thank you so much for playing :D We appreciate the feedback a lot

this was a really fun, nice read. like others mentioned, i think the audio bits were more of a disservice than otherwise. had to mute the tab because it got a bit annoying. however! the story was lovely and i loved how it felt like we got a glimpse of a much larger world!

Thank you so much for playing :D We appreciate the feedback and encouraging words. There's a lot more to the worldbuilding that wasn't shown. Maybe in a sequel...

This was cute. The twist was nice as well. Even with the hints given before hands, it was still a surprise. The worldbuilding is just enough not make you feel too out of place (even with someone who lost their memories) and not too much that it feels like lore dump. Good job on that!

I would have wished as well a bit more branching/choice in my actions, as it felt more like I was being dragged by the story instead of making a choice (even then, some choices were false choices as you are pushed to pick one in particular).

Some stuff that was a bit of a shame:

  • Had to mute my browser window because the sound of the seagull restarting was just annoying,
  • The basic black/white felt a bit bare compared to how rich the story seems (or as the potential) to be.
  • Having links on the three dots (...) made it hard to see where I had to click compared to the other links.
  •  The whole Darkness pages could have bee a bit more fleshed out.
  • There a few missing words/formatting issues here and there.

It was still a fun 30min to spend. Congrats on making it to the end!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We appreciate it a lot. Looking at the quality of the other submissions, we definitely could have done more. But we're glad to have submitted at all. Once again, thank you for playing

Definitely like the worldbuilding! I think a "mute" button (which I've said on a few games) would have been nice given that whenever I clicked on a new page the seagull sound started over. BUT. I think with some fleshing out and a spiffy UI this could be a very fun adventure story.

thank you so much. yeah, I definitely overdid it with the audio haha. Lesson learnt. Glad you played it through though

I wish there'd been a little less "click to continue" and a little more "branching," BUT...other than that, this is a very interesting adventure you've crafted and I had fun with it!

You're absolutely right. Thanks for playing. Will use this experience to make the next game even better :D
