- This was fun, genuinely. Rage quit when I lost the 5th round, but it was great! More potential moves, shooting types, weapons, health, etc. Loads of things you can do in the future but great!

The shooting was way too difficult.
For these types of games it’s always a good idea to give the player a visual indicator of where they’re shooting like a laser sight. The bullets moved to slow and the enemies moved too fast which made it nearly impossible to aim. Their aim was nearly perfect so the only way to win was with the deadshot skill which made the rest of the shooting feel kinda pointless.
This is a good start for a game, but it needs some tweaks to the gameplay to be an enjoyable experience
Awesome game, it is fun, everything is smooth, well made.
Suggestion: adding slow down time after killing enemy would feel good, also not opening the UI instantly on kill
multiplayer would be awesome
Felt kinda too fast to keep up. Other than that, good game ;)
Really cool game.
Some issues I found,
One of the AI opponents was frozen in place,
The leaderboard score added to previous score when I played the league for the 2nd time.
Other than that, I love the league style, if this was an actual pvp it would be amazing.

Okay, From the screenshots it looked like a 2D game, but it is not, so that was a good surprise! The enemy AI is really really well done, does not make it easy or too hard, I like the matchup style of the game! Fast-pace game balance is also done right. Also it's giving huge gulag vibes from warzone which i personally loved, definitely something to build up from. Great work man! 👏
I appreciate the feedback! I am also pleased with the AI. It's actually very simple behind the scenes - chase player - strafe and shoot. So I was surprised that it turned out to be so fun with so little effort. The matchmaking wasn't all that easy as I would have thunk though. Had to come up with a whole new algorithm to make sure everybody plays against everybody once. Round-robin they call it. Sure learned a few things thanks to this jam!
Damn, you hit the AI lottery in that sense, I have never gotten good AI without implementing complex conditional code 😂I did not know about round-robin as well until now!
And also otimize the game for any screen

Good game! The enemy AI movement is really good! I won a few matches but lost to Rick Grimes xD

Nice game! I really like the feel of the dodge mechanic. It seems like the instakill can be activated multiple times, and the mouse is not captured, so it can leave the game area. Still, I like the concept!
Thanks! I left the instakill on infinite by accident :D Sorry about the mouse issues. I'll add it to the fix list.
This is the base of a very cool game! Unfortunately my frame rate seemed to be quite low, and not having my mouse move as I wanted was quite frustrating.
I really like the 1v1 aspect of this game, and the intense feel that the music gives.
I realized quickly that the deadshot ability could be activated infinitely which broke the gameplay a bit haha.
I think this is a very cool idea though - if you add some depth to give extra skill expression, I think this could be very fun. Maybe something like a bar that charges up over time that you can use to either activate deadshot, or use to parry a bullet could be cool.

Thank you for the feedback! I was mulling this idea in my head for a long time and even though I wasn't able to meet my expectations during the jam, the concept is solid. A good test run. I'm considering giving it a full game release treatment.

I loved that AI, very fun and encourages improvement. The only thing I see a little wrong is the ultimate, it is too easy to pass the levels against the AI, but in a pvp version it should be perfect.
I agree. There is a lot to improve. Also, I left the player deadshot ability infinite by accident lol my final hours before submitting were frantic
Thaaat's what I was confused about. I was like - why wouldn't I want to use this ability EVERY single time?
A hard but very fun game, the music works well with the gameplay to give the feel of a final showdown.
