I didn't understand if the arrows do any damage to the qalupalik nor when he was about to appear, but still a good game, it had me at the edge of my seat

Developer

Glad you liked it!

it makes him run from you for a few seconds and he appears when you start hearing bubbles.

Refreshing to play a first person game amongst all the entries. Very atmospheric setting. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out which way was up, and which direction to go. There a large shadowy shape like a tree nearby which I think I walked into but not sure. An indicator showing which way was up would definitely help.

Thought the same maybe I should have made an open sky so it would be easier to orientate the player.

The game had me hooked as walking through it at first, I felt like something was gonna jump out and I would have to use my bow. Although after awhile nothing, are there enemies in the game if not I'd love to see something like that added.

Increased enemy hostility and speed, he was on rails before so there wasnt much chance to meet him, thank you for the feedback!

I have not a single clue how I managed to find my brother. I was about to stop playing when I saw this fat troll thing. How nice that arrows cannot hurt him.

I don't like walking sims especially those that make you walk forever in a monotone environment. In my own game making experience footsteps are persevered as annoying. You should use Unity's change pitch functionality so they at least sund slightly different every time and have plenty of other environment sounds that are louder.

Also Itch has an auto detect size option for the unity web player that makes it fit better than the manual value.

Hey, thanks for the feed back, fixed the walking, we actually already had a pitch change but the volume was so loud it proabably didnt make a difference if the pitch was 1 or 2, also for those that do not want to try and find the little brother in the options in the start menu you can disable exploration mode to have a rail show up to guide you.

Again thanks for the feed back!
