I really enjoyed this one! I loved how intuitive the mechanics were, cause I immediately could tell what i was supposed to do, and the mechanics made for interesting puzzle design! Good job! Thanks for jamming! Played at https://twitch.tv/hedge_in <3

The lighting is really good. The puzzles were interesting and cool.

This was super cool!

The concept was new and interesting, and I always enjoy seeing a 2D game utilize lighting.

I think one suggestion I would have would be to have lighting work more on a tile-to-tile basis, so entire tiles would receive some amount of light. Towards the last few levels, I found myself struggling to see where to  go next after leaving the torch by a cross. So like, half of the tile would be obscured by complete darkness, which added an arbitrary difficulty. I think if even a small part of the tile should be illuminated, the entire tile should be illuminated with the same amount of light (that way dim tiles would remain dim and so on). I hope that's not confusing, haha.

Interesting concept, though!

I had to zoom my window to 175% to get the UI ratio looking correct. Just an FYI.

Great little game otherwise. I was genuinely afraid to walk into the dark with my torch behind me!
