Game Description
You are a ghost haunting a wizard that was too curious for his own good. You must chase him out of your manor!
How does your game tie into the theme?
Both the overall aesthetic and vibe of the game are tied into Haunted, as well as the main mechanic being that you are literally haunting a wizard.

Simple idea - but really well executed!
Thank you for playing!
I really liked the music for this game! Everything here reminded me of Jetpack Joyride. This was really good for your first submission, good work!
Thank you for the kind words! Jetpack Joyride was definitely my main inspiration for this, so it’s fun to hear the comparison!
Very nice and well made game, especially for your first godot jam! Hopefully I'll see you more in the future! Great finishing touches such as the vampire animations, the wizard animations and the sound FXs.
Would've loved to see a tiny bit of variety in obstacles as the music amps up (other than just fireball and lightning and speed) to make that little bit more intense.
Didn't really notice the "Through the teeth" wildcard until I read one of your comments below. But that would've been amazing for the wizard to trash talk and be like "HA! HA! Tricked you!" but I still love the lie in the fireball
Now this could just be my personal thoughts on endless runners (so take this with a tiny grain of salt) but I would've loved to see the vampire have an attack and the goal is to kill the wizard. And the wizard would be moving up and down with random movement. Then this could lead into multiple levels where one is a lightning wizard, a fire wizard, etc
Overall, very well done! Congratulations on your first Godot Jam!!
Thank you for the kind words and for playing! My wife feels the same way as you do; she kept asking me when she could kill the wizard lol. Guess I’ll have to add that in!
Simple, clean fun. The little things add up, like how the music ramps up intensity and the lightning being able to spawn at different angles.
Great job!
Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate it!
Nice little game, I like the music and the art is nice. Not a fan of how the fireballs spawn, to me the caution reads as an area I should be avoiding but it seems that they spawn in at my current elevation which is counter-intuitive. Though I assume it's like that because of the wildcard chosen. Other than that the game has pretty good balance, always felt like it was my own fault when I did die.
Had fun with this one. Great work!
Thank you for playing! I fully agree with the fireball comment; I'd originally planned for the wizard to trash talk you as you dodged his spells, with one of the lines being him telling you he's about to cast the fireball but waiting a few seconds to actually do it. Obviously, I ran out of time to implement it, so we ended up with a poorly implemented wildcard.
It is pretty cool. I love the fact that the player squeezes and streches while moving up and down. It's a small think, but it makes it look good and smooth
Thank you for the kind words! I love a good squeeze and stretch!
Nice little casual game. It's pretty simple but well executed. Maybe a bit of horizontal movement would be cool as well. :)
Thanks for playing! I definitely wanted to get more features in but I decided to just polish what I had instead of adding in more. I agree, some horizontal movement would've definitely added something.
Nice little game. Great colors and I like the sprites (plus that stretch/squeeze when the player character moves!)
Thank you, I appreciate the kind words, especially since your game is so visually appealing too!
