I hate Jump Scares and dmn. It literally killed me xD I tried to play it and was bit confused what to do. After some deaths I got enough from the Jump Scare Sry :(

Still the Graphics are really cool and I enjoyed the ambient!

For Control I would love to have WASD for movement.

I think I understood what I had to do but I couldn't do it. I'm a bad gamer too.

I liked the simplicity of the game mechanics applied to the theme and the wildcard, the sounds are also good, but... Ahh the jumpscare, i try it without sound after the first one.

Developer

aw sorry I thought I had set the jumpscare sound low enough :s

Tried it three times, but I never really understood what I was supposed to do. I like the cute character and the candles are neat. I don't think it needs the big jumpscare at the end, which just made me not want to try again. Movement feels fine. Picking up candles felt good. Controls seem tight enough. Just needs a bit more guidance for a bad gamer like myself.

yeah I was afraid it wouldn't be obvious enough how the game worked, but hoped the intro text would kinda do the job  ^^'

You need to survive until the morning (the window get brighter), which is about 90s. The greener/dimer a candle, the closer a ghost is. Ghosts rush at you, briefly stopping if they blow 3 candles. You need to re-light candles as much as possible otherwise they will quickly get you.

Very scary! I think you build a great atmosphere. I could dodge the ghosts for a little while, but I couldn't figure out how to survive for a long time.

Developer

You have to try hard to re-light as many candles as possible ^_
