This was tough! Might have helped to have an accelerate/brake control as well. I found myself veering to the left and right often. I thought this had the effect of slowing down the truck. (Or maybe it's just a visual appearance of slowing down due to the veering). Felt good to finally save the patient :) Pretty cool that you were able to build this in 1 day!

Thanks. I'm glad you saved the patient and enjoyed the game. During the development playtest I came to a conclusion that is best not to have an option to brake entirely. But you can slow down using the "back" key (s or arrow-down), maybe I should've display the keyboard mapping to the player or something.

This was pretty fun! I think the spawn rate of the trucks could be tweaked, but overall it's a great try. I'd like to see more of this in the future, if you plan to expand/continue working on it.

Cheers! I don't have plans to continue with it. Maybe a little bit fixing & polish but nothing more.
