well the attack is useless because the enemies don't deal damage. I do think the artstyle and setting is cool.

movement system was frustrating at times (player getting caught on corners, jumps disappearing into the nether, inconsistent left/right movement. agree with earlier critique about rolling the dice needing some more significance than a score. Concept is compelling, wish it was more refined here

Character getting stuck to platforms made moving super frustrating, looks nice though! Needed a penalty for rolling the dice.

the movement felt quite sloppy, i like the concept but the execution was a bit iffy. i could also just skip past the enemies, and restarting from the beginning was a bit annoying. ps: i thought the main character was jesus lol

This is a very  generic piece of feedback, but I don't see any other comments making it, so I might as well. Your jump is very floaty and feels quite bad. Mark recently made an interactive "video" that explains how to make side-scroller character controls feel good, you may want to check it out.

Cool concept and implementation of the theme. I really enjoyed that sword sound and the combination of platforming and randomness.

The only thing is the sticking to platforms like others mentioned but nevertheless I enjoyed playing your game.

Thank You

I always had attacks leftover and ran out of jumps. Maybe seperate the two, and limit the number of dicerolls. Sometimes I got stuck on the platforms and the last skeleton on level 8 didn't die when attacked.
I liked the pixelart of the hero and the skeleton.

Nice Platformer. Sadly you have some Bugs for getting stuck on the Walls. Maybe give your Character and Walls a Material next time.

But I like the overall Presentation of your Game. Great Work!

Interesting idea, but I encountered a few bugs: You can click "roll the dice" however often you like, accruing endless jumps. And it didn’t seem to display the "jumps/attacks given" at all for me.

Did You played in Fullscreen?

Submitted

No, in fullscreen I only get a quarter of the screen displayed (similar issue with other games). I do see the text itself, but no value next to it. (Can’t seem to post an image here, sorry.)

When I made the game it was in 1080x1920 quality, maybe it caused bugs in the game.

nice platformer  but you can get stuck on walls by jumping wasting a jump. so overall good game just one  bug encountered

Nice take on the theme! Congrats on submitting the game!

The game has a couple of areas where it can be improve. One of the is how the player sticks to the wall of the platforms when it jumps, an easy fix for this is to add a Physics Material 2D and set the friction of the material to 0 .
