How does your game fit the theme?
You visit the rooms in your house, and revisit them when you're small. (we didn't have time for the latest so we made at least the first half accessible)
(Optional) Please credit all assets you've used
We made everything from scratch by ourselves, with a few references to our own other projects (and popular games) here and there.

cool! could use a indicator for interacting with the book and a tiny little hint for where the key is, but its still a good start!
Thank you for the advice, we'll try to think of something as a visual clue 👍
This game looks like it will be a lot of fun once it gets finished. For now, I agree with the other comments that it is easy to get a bit lost and sidetracked. Maybe you should give a bit more obvious spots where the player should interact with. All in all, can't wait to see the finished product!
Thanks for the review! And we'll definitely make some easier interactions indeed
Sad to see you didn't get to implement the shrinking mechanic, but what is there is already a solid base! The art is nice and the music fits in well, the little details here and there were a nice touch. The idea is good on paper, I'd love to see where this is going!
Thank you! We'll try to actually make the whole game as it was intended now that the jam's over.
The concept is great, and the style is also very interesting. The descriptions of the various interactive objects are amusing too. However, it’s hard to understand what to do. I ended up getting stuck and I’m not sure if it was my fault or if the game just isn’t finished yet. Still, it would be nice to play a full version of the game once the Jam is over.
Thnak you for the review! We did found out that the hitboxes of interactions were capricious and it was too late to make any changes... We'll try to fix it up soon.
I love your classic Pokemon inspired aesthetic! I had a lot of fun exploring the house and clicking on everything to see all of the text that you wrote into the game. Of course I was left wanting so much more when I saw where it ended... You should definitely keep working on this game, I'm confident there's an audience for it! The idea makes me think of classic Pokemon meets The Legend of Zelda: the Minish Cap.
Thank you for your time, and we'll indeed try to work a bit on the game!
I like the retro vibe and music but sadly the game seems unfinished, wonder how the story goes...
Initially we planned to make the game around the fact of revisiting (aka "loop") the house in search of granpa and perhaps other family members as well, and we ended up not having enough time to fully implement that idea... Thank you for the review!
good game, like the retro style, but I was a bit lost
Thanks for playing and the feedback! I did notice a bit too late that it was difficult to figure out what to do and where to go... Especially with some interactions being janky somehow. We'll try to fix that when the jam ends
The retro vibe is really nice, and i loved the among us easter egg haha
I love the retro vibe! This is such a cool game. Great job!
very cool game, cozy and charming, a lot of potential to developed into full game i think 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you!! Plannning on expanding the game a bit to at least finish what we had in mind with the actual "loop" of being small in the same rooms 🥐
Wow, I looooved the vibe of this game. So nostalgic.
It's a pity that we didn't have time to finish it. The transitions are pleasant, as are the references. I hope you finish it, it would be interesting to play the version of the game that you planned. Good luck to you
Thank you very much! We'll try to continue after the jam to make the game full as it was intended 👍
I know there isn't a lot here currently, but I think it's a good start.
Your sprites are gorgeous and I enjoyed just roaming around the little Game Boy house.
