How does your game fit the theme?
You control Naito inside his cloud's dream, catching falling stars from above. The cloud will shrink little by little on failing to catch the stars, if the cloud becomes pretty small, the dream will finish, Naito will wake up crying and the game will come to an end.

I like the unique approach. Visuals and music created a pleasant atmosphere. The only feedback I could give is that it was a bit too hard. Since the baby is pretty slow, once a star appears on the screen it is not always possible to get there in time to pick it up. So sometimes I just have to predict where will it spawn to be able to catch it in time. But overall, even if the game was short I enjoyed it and I think that idea has great potential!

The baby is too slow to catch some stars and after a losing streak stars can spawn in places where the baby can't even reach. I liked the visuals.

Not sure how to open the game, zip file just contains art and sound. Could you explain to me how to open it?

Sure and thanks for download the game! The executable file is under the name "naitos dreams" the game requires microsoft Directx 9.0c to run (included in the zip file)

I'm getting an error "Could not read image at line 291." Any idea why? Is that because I need Directx 9.0c?

Thanks for your feedback! The game requires microsoft Directx 9.0c to run properly (the needed files are contained in the zip file)

The art and sound desing are incredible, my only problem is that it feels a little unfair, sometimes stars appear and are too far appart to reach which makes the game a little frustating, maybe if before falling there was an animation to indicate where they will spawn it won't feel this unfair, but in general Well Done.

Thanks for playing and for your suggestions! Indeed sometimes the stars are hard to reach, I intented to do that on purpose, according to the game feeling about how a dream can become frustrating when is about to end. Maybe for a baby could be different btw. Thanks for your feedback!

Hello again! My gameplay session was really smooth going. I initially wanted to suggest about changing the movement speed of the child at different moments in the dream – like when the dream gets bigger –, because it gives me the impression you are at the same speed at all times. But then I realize this might have been a design choice, as part of the challenge and concept of the game. If that's the case, it worked really well.
