It's a cool game, I suspect people not familiar with game of life will struggle with it. haha

Really interesting concept that feels like it has a lot of strategic depth. Though I seem to be able to win by just placing a bunch of cells on my side and just letting it go when I'm playing against a CPU. I.e. I'm not sure how much intervention is required to win, which felt a bit disappointing.

But at the same time, it was hard to wrap my head around the concept, so I would probably lose massively against anyone that knows what they're doing. I.e. perhaps my comment is rather that the CPU's AI isn't great?

Anyway, cool entry!

very creative! i love the game of life and turning it into a completitive game is a cool idea! i would say that after laying your initial tiles, the game basicly plays itself since i cant visualise how to affect the chaos on board, but it was still fun to run the chaotic patterns and see who wins. i found that the blue formation is surprisingly strong...

Good job on the submittion!

Interesting take on the idea

Was fun seeing my little setup slowly conquer my opponents side :) Would be interested to see what kind of creative initial starting positions people can come up with for this game. I just did some random things I thought would work and miraculously won :D

Love me some game of life inspired games!

Nice idea! I like that you made a game in JS instead of an engine. Would love to see some hardcore match between pros with a commentary haha

Congratulation for this submission!
