Enjoyable! Did you make the music too? Very good

I am glad you enjoyed the game. I enjoyed making it.
Yes I made the music and everything else. Except for the Godot engine itself, haha.

Cool game... way too difficult for me.  Couldn't make it past the 3rd Phase.

The game looks very nice and controls well, though it’s incredibly difficult. If you have only a single difficulty, I recommend not making it Lunatic.

I don’t really understand the reversal aspect of the game, though giving the player a health bar rather than lives is fairly unusual, at least. But everything else seemed fairly typical to me, at least as far as I was able to get in the game.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand that the difficulty is hard. It is the difficulty I play on. I will consider this next time I enter a jam, for sure.
The gimmicks (aspects as you mentioned) include
- The bullet's role of damaging the player is reversed. (Healing bullets)
- Swapping the roles of the health bars between the player and boss (with a tiny stretch of the imagination i would call the reversing the roles)
- The final phase is, actually similar to your game it seems. Where you are the boss, but you also control the bullets. Reversing the roles of the bullets dodging you instead of you dodging them.

Love the art style, music, and general vibe of the game. Not a bullet hell person, to be honest, but I found it a bit hard, regardless. Not a big deal for a jam game by any stretch, but a note to consider how dodge-able things actually are. Also not sure I understand the fitting to the jam theme, though I maybe missed it by only getting to the third phase. Regardless, very fun to play and enjoy, and could be fantastic with some further work.

Thank you.
The game can get really hard. It is because I play these bullet hell games on the highest difficulties. I might make 2 difficulties after the jam or something.

The gimmicks include
- The bullet's role of damaging the player is reversed. (Healing bullets)
- Swapping the roles of the health bars between the player and boss (with a tiny stretch of the imagination i would call the reversing the roles)
- The final phase is where you are the boss, but you also control the bullets. Reversing the roles of the bullets dodging you instead of you dodging them.

Personally I would say they fit the jam. But it might be more up for personal interpretation.
