The game seems interesting, but unfortunately I can’t get past the first level due to the bug with the fire button.

Developer

please check in tomorrow for the fix! Thank you so much!

This game is fun and hard. Perfect

Developer

thank you!

Too bad for that finicky fire button! It was easy to compensate for it by playing more defensively though.

It's just about perfect, for a game jam at least. The story, the gameplay, the music, it all comes together into something that I can only describe as wonderful.

Bonus points for running the game in a window instead of fullscreen. (personal preference)

Runs fine on Linux (using WINE)

Developer

thank you so much! I've just made a build that fixes the fire button, it will be up right after the jam ends so if you want to check that out then feel free to!

Really nice touch having the music change during the opening cutscene. Also lol at the carvings on the dragon's back. Also wow this game is tough (or maybe it's that fire toggle). I'll try to remember to come back after the jam ends to see how it feels and to get to try the knight's side. It's short and simple but I like the concept and it's quite polished, surprised you haven't gotten more comments. Nice job!

I'd appreciate it if you check out my game too if you have a minute. :)

Developer

yeah I actually have the new build finished with the fire toggle completely patched to not be terrible to use so please stay tuned for that :)

Feel free to send me a message after the jam ends as a reminder and I'll be sure to check it out then!

Wow this is hard! I loved the art and the lore based rules explanation hehe

Developer

the fire toggle is really weird to use, and I already have a build completed with a non buggy version of it, please check my game out after the jam to get a good experience!

Developer (1 edit)

BUGS KNOWN: Fire Toggle is Finicky and Inconsistent (this has been patched, but I can't upload that version of the build right now because we are in judge time right now)

HAS BEEN FIXED^^^
