Super fun! Great job

The idea is good, indeed, but presentation and UX are bad.

  1. The lack of any sound and music make the experience much worse than it can be. (Said a guy whose first jam game without any sounds, lol)
  2. Highly recommend not to mix such different assets in terms of visuals. It makes the experience less consistent. Try to find assets which are as close to each other as possible to keep the visuals more consistent
  3. The important information is communicated to me through a chat window without any formatting and it's hard to understand what is going on. And less exciting.

Thank you for a thorough review! Indeed the interface wasn't much of a focus and needs an upgrade and I didn't have time for sounds and visual effects. Once I implement some basic form of crafting (next on my to-do!) , I will definitely work to add them.

This game is pretty fun in concept. It lacks some mechanical depth but it was a nice entry to play!

Developer

Hey, thanks for review. Having fun is what matters the most !

the idea is awesome, being in the shoes of the npc is something we all thought about. I think it lacked some mechanics or strategy to make it more fun,
I enjoyed your game congratulation on your entry.

Developer

Hey, thanks for the comment! I planto add more mechanics!

I really... Enjoyed this?! I honestly didn't expect to be so intrigued by it. Despite the lack of sound, music, and better visuals, I think the concept at this game's core is really fun. I'm imagining how fun it could be if this were on a larger scale, like a fantasy-football type thing.

But instead of managing a sports team, you're managing an adventurer's guild. Instead of putting together a team of sportsmen, you're gathering a party of heroes to go on a quest. You turn young warriors into famous heroes.

This game has potential!

Really glad you liked it! It's a good idea to add more complexity by adding more things to manage that I will keep in mind

The game looks good and I like the idea but it would be cool to have more quest with heroes that level up.

I like the info system, it's quite satisfying.

Anyway, good job !

Hey, thanks for feedback. Levelling up heroes is definitely planned.

I liked the premise, and the presentation was decent, but it felt like there wasn't anything else to do other than click. Good start at least.

Developer

Hi, thanks for your feedback! I'm planning to add more things to click in the future!
