The concept is pretty cool. Thought it was a bit random until I noticed my own goals! Then I got a lot smarter about pricing :)

As feedback: Maybe making the negotiating a little more engaging than a hero just accepting or rejecting would be cool. Then you could learn more about the different hero traits and price you quests accordingly. Also maybe some more info and values of the different items?

Anyway, great for an 48h game jam!

i love that everyone has quests, even a quest giver :) that is an interesting take!

i would probably love to have a small in-game tutorial so that it would be clear what things you should pay attention to :)

i also sadly stuck when in took me too long to decide on the quest - the next hero came to me and then i wasn't able to click on anything.

still, great experience! i had fun :)

I really like the background. The idea is cool too, it's one we considered as well.  Having specific objectives for the quest-giver is simple and clever way to make the concept work. well done.
