Very interesting mechanics! This game is addictive to play, would love to see how other variations can be added to pump up the difficulty.

I was working on making it more difficult, but it wasn't working and would kill you instantly as you touch the red.

I really liked the movement mechanic of tapping to go faster as well, it added some fun to the control! It did need more challenge/indication of what to do, but the base game is really fun!

The movement mechanics are interesting (tapping the button to increase or decrease speed is something i haven't seen before, as opposed to holding the button down).

I'm not sure what my objective was besides survival... if this was supposed to be an endless arcade-y type of game, then I feel like there should have been a score somewhere that showed how long you were in the air, and the attacks should have gotten faster as the game went on. The description suggests this was supposed to be a game with levels, "get to the bottom to win", but I played for a few minutes and didn't get to the bottom, and there weren't any cues that I was falling the whole game like clouds flying upwards or something.

So, not sure what's going on there.

I was thinking about adding clouds, and maybe airplanes at the higher-up points but didn't have much time. The movement mechanics also weren't intentional, but I'm glad you found it interesting (hopefully in a good way). If I continue developing this game after the jam I'll definitely speed it up, add a game loop for replayability, and add some indicator of height. Thank you for playing my game!
