Nice theme, music and style. Loved the coffee pouring sound, music was clipping at times.
Really interesting idea and take on the theme and great presentation !
Wish it wasn't so short !
We are already working on improving it and making it longer! Thanks for the comment :)
I didn't understand the difference between the different publishers. But I liked the mood and that "Papers please" kind of vibe on every choice. If you continue the project, I would recomend to have more impactfull decisions
Very pleasant atmosphere. Great!
Thanks!
Very pleasant atmosphere. Great!
I think it's an interesting idea but a tutorial or some way of explaining how to choose which articles to go with would be nice.
Yes, I definitely agree. We hope to clean this up a bit over the next few weeks. Should be fun!
I have also added a tutorial video to the main page. Hopefully this clears confusion for now :) Thanks for playing!
Comparatively, the sound effects were jarringly loud, so I needed to turn them down. (Alternatively, perhaps everything else has just been really quiet, though my volume setting seemed pretty normal.) I wasn't really able to get immersed into the game very effectively. I didn't understand what the choices were really doing or their correlation with the finances or future opportunities. Having some sort of... impact statement or summary explaining in either numbers, words, or pictures what you did or what its result was might be helpful. Cheers though!
Thanks for the detail feedback! We were pretty rushed for this project (as expected) so we hope to clean some of the issues up in the future. A lot of tweaking will be needed.
I kinda want more endings now.
Haha, well hopefully we can make more in the future!
