sadly, the game was very buggy
Really awesome and unique game! I was a little confused for most of the game, but the unique concept and art style are there. Some more straightforward controls would go a long way.
It felt nice just to be present in that world. The creatures you control felt cute too. If the controls were better and it was clearer what I was supposed to be doing, I would've enjoyed it much more!
Super janky but there's a fun idea in here. Rotating the camera using left and right was a mistake, a traditional first person scheme would work much better in my opinion.
I kept dropping into the floor, and the flickering lights gave me a headache, so I struggled to get much done. I can see that theres a core of an idea here though! Give it some work!
Thank you for the critique. I might have a look at this concept in the future, and I do agree with you that the controls are not brilliant. I will look into the standard FPS camera movement, I just didn’t know how to.
I stopped playing after a while because the game gave me a headache I’m afraid. All the walls are clipping, lighting changes all the time and rotation is very coarse. I couldn’t get into the first robot and it would attack me. For the second robot, I could control it but I couldn’t blow it up like the game suggested, so I just gave up because if the first minutes of the first level don’t work, I don’t have a lot of hope for the rest.
