Fun game! Simple but well executed, had fun learning how to progress by 'driving backwards' and other strategies.
Simple yet addictive, and surprisingly tricky to master for what it is. Enjoyed the simple aesthetic and soundtrack too. I did like how the power-ups essentially made you more out of control too, made avoiding them just as important as the actual obstacles.
Thanks! I enjoyed your game as well.
Glad you fixed it in the browser, this game is great! It took me a couple of tries to understand what was going on, but I think if that's made a bit more clear it could turn out really interesting!
Only thing I notice is that the "power-ups" are more harmful than beneficial in general, as they make it harder to control, would be great to add a couple of "extra points" (or other beneficial pick ups) mixed in with the power-ups so you can try and grab something good, also would make for an interesting risk-reward.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree that I should have added some more powerups including ones that are good.
I think that this kind of game could be very fun to a certain type of person. I am not that person.
To me this game gererally came off more frustrating than anything else. I did want to beat my high score, and I eventually got my head around the controls, but once I did, the game just lost a lot of pull for me.
Wow this game is really hard!
I liked the art style, goofy and playful like old flash games.
Hey! Really cool game, I couldn't ever get past 80 though!
Also, I read the previous comments. Glad you were able to get the resolution issues worked out! Congrats on the game!
Thanks. I'll check your game out
Hi, would love to try your game.
Can you zoom the game out without changing the original code? Itch.io have a setting for it, like game height/width?
I think you need to click the full screen button in the bottom right corner. You might have to scroll down to it?
Edit: I have added a fullscreen button in the bottom right corner. Click that and it should work.
