How does your game fit the theme?
In this tower defense game, the towers which the player places are all based on random chance and are therefore out of the players control.

I really like the game but I don't really see the  "out of control" part

I can see how it can be hard to notice. The idea was that, when and what towers the player was able to place, was out of their control. I'm super happy that you still like the game though ^^

It's a really good kernel of a game! However I felt like the difficulty curve wasn't steep enough. Maybe consider thinking of different types of towers which could serve a more supportive role? I also might note that I got exclusively one type of tower. As fun as RNG can be, it can spit out repetitive results and often is tweaked so that the player perceives that they are getting more randomization. Overall a really fun kernel and I hope you keep working on it!

Hi, thank you for the great feedback!^^ I’m glad you liked it. I’ll definetly take a lot of your points into consideration for the next update. I’ve been testing and working on a few different towers and a supportive tower sounds really good. I’ll have to take a look at the rng part as you mentioned as well.  I can see how getting only a single tower would feel crap and that definelty shouldn’t be the case. I’ll try and see if I perhaps can find a solution. Thanks again! :)

you’re so welcome! I’ve never made a game that’s anywhere close to fun and this is really good! Please keep doing what you do :)

I love the concept of this game, and it has some potential! Are you planning on continuing to develop the game?

Hi,

Thank you! I’m super glad you liked the game. Yes, I am planning a lot of updates. I’m working om the newest one already! ^^  It includes: a lot of bug fixes, new maps, -towers, -enemies, and a speed up function. It should be out very soon.

Really cool base for a tower defense game! I think that a speed up option would have been really helpful to have and maybe some more unique sprites for the enemy and towers (I really like the hexagon grid though). This is still incredibly impressive though fantastic job!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the feedback. A speed up function does indeed sound really good. I might add that and redo the sprites in a future update ^^
