I don't understand. Am I too dumb to understand the game? Am I too dumb to control the game? Am I too dumb to think that I can win against more clever species? Nah seriously. I wasn't able to do anything with my mammoth group than to decide if to move or not move and it seems like there was no other option on the path (and I could leave the game ofcourse). So I'm just wondering if this is some clever meta game idea or there is just some missing piece? But otherwise the game seems pretty nice and calm as I lead my species into certain damnation :D

The gameplay machanics are not that much about pathing the mammoths and more about stopping (or more like slowing down) the humans. I hoped the player would figure out. Me myself I I like it more in such small games. But knowing it wasn't selfexplanatory enough is a great feedback! Thanks a lot :D

I tried it once more with your explanation. I need to apologize for my previous comment, the game is actually pretty clever and fun. Maybe the game was right after all XD. It was a bit confusing for me on first play to figured out that there is more interactivity, especial when click was already moving my mammoth group. It would be nice to have some visual or sound indication when hovering over interactive humans, because even after I figured out controls I still had to find out who and when is interactive. But I understand there has been lot of work done and there is not always enough time for nice UX in jams. Maybe at least add some description for dumber species like me next time ;)

The game looks pretty nice and full of live with all those humans and animations. Gameplay is quite challenging and I pretty much destroyed my index finger, but one can surely fight for it's fate and survival of mammoths. Thanks for explanation, it's a nice game.

5/5 idea! Damn dumb humans. I felt so sorry for my mammoth bois when the men started to place those traps :( Great use of music, but lack of sfx. I figured out the controls and mechanic really fast, so the game design was great. I surely had fun and the game fits the theme well. Good job!

Developer

Thanks for the comment! Super glad you enjoyed it. And yeah... unfortunatelly I had no time for sfx :(

Interesting concept and the visuals remind me of good old era of flash games!
