I really like the game mechanics with shrinking and enlarging, you could totally make this bigger game with more levels, I enjoyed trying to get to the town, although I got stuck at the bridge for quite some time just to find out, it's not the correct way :D

For few minutes I was running around like a mad man, but eventually I escaped the town. It's nice, clever and controls are smooth. I simply like it. I'm still wondering tho if there is more than one way to escape.

Wonderful! I escaped to town but am still thinking about the bridge puzzle! On my second playthrough I threw a stick too close to a scalable object and then lost it after scaling that object up :) Thank you, it was fuN!

I know you said that graphics and sound aren't yours... but you choose them, and give game this aesthetics, so, I will give high score to visuals, because... game got it. (sorry, it's not about author, it's about game ~_^)
Whole prototype are really neat, environment trolling player (boat, bridge... hey, it's troll bridge, good one :D), i like that grow/shrink magic. Ability took both mushroom and magic stick would be cool, as same as ability to jump without necessity drop everything. It leads to a lot of backtracking, which is kinda boring (I understand, in small demo like this it's not crucial, and you got more play time this way ~_^).
Overally... I wanna see more of this game ^_^

Great movement controller (and zoom), I wish to have something like this :)
Struggled with the game a lot and gave up. Read your comment and finished it in 10 seconds 🤥

What was the weird clicking sounds sometimes when you are walking?

Developer

The weird clicking sound is the music. I put it there in the last moment and didn't notice this part :D

Hmmm, are you sure? I checked again - stayed in the start for a minute and there was only soundtrack, yes, but it is not the soundtrack I am talking about. It happens only when you walk, and it is very inconsistent, random. Sometimes happens twice, sometimes not at all for several of seconds. This sound reminds me of billiard balls, when they hit each other.

Developer

well, then you are probably talking about steps sounds, I suppose

I liked the game very much, had a problem to jump for a stick and it took a while but it was fun to play :)

Really interesting concept... Good job! :)

Really interesting concept. Great job! I can actually picture it being a full (and successfull) game with a few more levels and new items.

The only thing that was kind of bugging me was that the special items had colliders on for the player, so when I wanted to jump, I dropped the item and then couldn't move or jump properly.

If I understand it correctly, the unknown intelligence here is the environment itself?

Magical:)) And the environment working against you is hilarious!

Nice low poly graphics and fitting music. I enjoyed the game even I got stuck (but that's my problem).

Developer

Haha :) the low poly graphics and music is the only thing I wasn't working on, they are free assets :)

Little help if you are struggling with finishing:

What  type of objects can be scaled?

Maybe the stick ability to shrink is too weak?
