I am using the site lospec.com to find a colour pallet for my game, I am wondering what the copyright is if I have to credit the person

The palettes on Lospec are designed to be shared and used in any way you like. While it is polite and very flattering to credit someone's palette (and I encourage you to do it, it helps them out!) you do not have to credit a palette creator.
