Same. I submitted an old game in the hopes I could change what my submission was, but it only allows you to change your answers to the questions, not the game being submitted. A shame because a faster internet connection and I'd have made it on time.
Sorry to hear that! But even so, I'm sure by participating you still gained some valuable experience. The game I submitted was uploaded only in the last remaining hour of the gamejam, and it is "half baked" and incomplete. But, it was still fun to try and I am improving my participation in gamejams, even if slowly. I wish you success in all your future participations in gamejams! Don't ever give up, just keep persisting and you will find success!
Yeah it's a massive bummer.. Had to restart the game last night because of building it into a corner. Spent all day re-building a different idea and couldn't get it done in time. Was really excited about this one too. Oh well I guess. On to the next one!
