Amazing game! I really like the mechanics, and I love the art. Keep up the good work! :D And GO GODOT!!!
It’s an interesting concept, but I definitely agree with the others that it needs more context and guidance about what to do and what the game’s goal is. I’m not sure if the patches of dirt were meant to be specific building spots, but it seems you can build anywhere. Maybe it was obvious, but I think it’s important to mention that keys 1 and 2 are needed to construct the different buildings.
On another note, the only thing that really frustrated me was the movement control, it feels very unresponsive and each step moves you too far, which made it especially hard to chop down trees, since the detection wasn’t accurate.
That aside, with a good story this has a lot of potential. Great work!
This is a cute game! I liked the cozy vibes. At the beginning, I was just running around and I couldn't find anything to do. Would have been great to have more info about what actions to do, where to go etc.
I liked the music choice
I figured out that I needed to use my action key repeatedly to chop the trees and break the logs (Thanks w1llrun) but I wasn’t sure I was making any progress until suddenly I think I had a zen epiphany? Maybe a little more direction would’ve helped. I do like the vibes of the game though.
Nice I;ve given you a rating
