I love the concept of this game, and it would be awesome to see it extended further to have more maps, tower types, etc. Thanks for sharing :)
Really liked the combination with direct combat and building structures to help you, I thought this was really cool. The mechanics were clean and working well, and the way everything was placed felt well thought out and engaging - very nice job on the game!
Fun and enjoyed would be looking forward to more and see it evolve into more, but to provide useful feedback the melee combat was not very useful and it was easier to just kite with towers also was kind of expecting the glowing orb in the middle to be the defense point but it seemed to be just aesthetic took about died a couple of times when trying to melee and once trying to explore the spawn island but after that spent about 17min reach the point of overlapping waves and turrets stated losing and the grid placement was not consistent.
This was fun to play! I liked how cohesive the graphics, music, and sound effects were. I found the difficulty to be on the lower end because I could just run away from all the enemies and build over the island. I can see many different ways to expand this game concept (e.g. different weapons, towers, etc.), but what's here is excellent!

Really eye catching. Simple and fun game loop. Had fun playing the game. Music and sound effects were also good, with the volume balanced and the music fitting the vibe. This project can easily turn into a full game and would be pretty fun to play. Congrats!
Fun game that looks great. I died pretty quick but had fun doing it. Great submission.
Very nice visuals, it’s main reason why I checked this out first and it did not disappoint. I like that you used simple mechanics and managed to make them interesting that kept me hooked for a bit. I was honestly thinking to myself that this could a great full game, with more character abilities, towers, upgrades etc.
Things I did: When I started the game, I tried fighting the guys first, but quickly realized that you need to be super careful with their range. After getting down to 1 HP, I ran around and focused on building towers until the whole field was full. I then proceeded to spam build and realized you can sometimes build things outside of bounds. See screenshot below. Not sure how to trigger this, but it’s a thing lol
