This was such a fun platformer!! The controls are really smooth and satisfying!

Solid platformer. I liked the shape of the lamp base for precision platforming tho some coyote time would help

Really enjoyed your fun game! I liked some of the visual touches like the lamp turning on when you got to the finish line. The music track fit really well with the platforming gameplay.

Nicely done! I love the theme and the little intro! The platforming could be helped by a little "coyote-time" and maybe going through platforms when going up. I'm not sure what to do when reaching the "Stop" sign, or if the level ends there?
Really liked the vibe and idea, and the light lighting up when reaching the goal is really nice! :)

Thank you for your feedback, I'll definitely consider coyote-time and semi-solid platforms for future games! :)

The path with the "stop" sign is a distraction and there's another path to reach the actual end of the level.

Ah I see!

A lamp! I love it! What a fun take on the theme! Difficult controls, but I found that to be fun. I felt like this is what it would be like for a lamp in a platformer. Well done!

The lamp is somewhat difficult to control (specially when the platforms are above another and its height collides) but that adds to the player’s skill. The story is funny and the insert of the theme as last lamp stand is very clever. Good job!

Thank you for the kind words and I'm super happy you liked the lamp idea!
Some insight: When I created the "steps" I thought about tweaking them multiple times. But since the game lacks other challenges and it's more of a demo project (and my very first at that) I decided to put two and two together to make use of the clunkiness of the player controller and these narrow steps. :)

I loved this approach on the theme haha. The lamp's height made it somewhat hard (in a good way). I don't think the gameplay music fits that well. It was fun tho, and so satisfying when the lamp turned on at the end of each level!
