Nice, I liked the character animation sprites and having to come up with a strategy for how to navigate around the tumbleweeds only for me to execute it terribly, sending me back to the start :P I need to git gud

The sentient tumbleweeds sure know where to position themselves!
Liked the idea of changing biomes as you go up, and the fact that some roads led to nowhere.
A check point might be helpful to inspire me to keep going when it got tough.
What engine did you use?
