Could do with some audio and feedback, but the gameplay works as a good starting point. I liked how you slowed down when firing, and having the rocks to use as brief protection was good too
Good prototype of a shmup. I liked learning that I could lure the enemy ship into my own shots and that it created a different strat than fighting the other little ships. Visually the style is nice but I would change it so the enemy shots are a different color than the player's to be more recognizable, and adding some effects like being hit or picking things up. You have a good base to keep updating this, and I think a little polish will go a long way!
Was relaxing to play a top down shooter. Seemed a bit broken. No feedback on hit (adding a particle effect on hit would add a lot. Didnt hear any audio, maybe a browser bug - not sure. Also i was able to push enemies asside. Also could cheese the larger enemies into my stream of fire by rapidly hitting left and right.
