Does your game contain NSFW content?
No.

Did you create most of the game’s audio during the jam’s duration?
We are using music made by others, they are listed in the end credits.

Did you create most of the game’s art assets during the jam’s duration?
Using a tilemap which we bought.

How does your submission fit the theme?
The player character is a monster, similar to a demon, while the enemy is a cute flying robot. The character is stuck inside a loop of exterior places but in reality it is a lab rat inside a fabricated world from which it escapes.

really liked the visuals on this one. it gave a sense mystery, and I absolutely loved it

Really cool, voice acting is awesome and platforming is fun.
Sometimes it felt really unclear what to do

Didn't completely understand how it fit the theme

Those dark sections make the player barely visible, maybe lighting like torches could help.

Some of the art feels very out of place like it's all been ripped from 30 different asset packs if you know what I mean.

This is nice work though so don't take my comments too seriously <3

I didn't really understand what to do, and I died quite a few times, but I really like what I saw, and the sound environment (music and voice)

We didn't want to be too much "in your face", but at the same time I agree that some things should be clearer, like the end goal. Either way, thank you so much for playing!

Wow... This Is A Nice Game...

The Visuals, Audio And Story Were The Best Parts.

Couldn't Understand How This Fit In With The Theme Though.

Overall, Nice Game :D

First of all, thank you so much for playing the game and for the kind words!

About the theme, the first thought that came to mind when we saw the jam theme was to make the main character a demon like beast and the enemy something cute. So the demon is the "good person" and the cute robot the "antagonist". Then we thought of making the loop be of outside environments, but in reality it's a fabricated world, and the demon hasn't gone out to the real world yet.

This being said, I understand the theme is not too evident in our project. Something to work on future jams!

Its Ok. Even If The Theme Wasn't Clear, You Will Still Get A High Score. All Other Things Make The Game Unique.

Are you supposed to die so fast? I just keep taking damage as soon as I start playing

I was really excited to play because the narrative was interesting and wanted to see what would happen next. Great job on the polish but the core gameplay needs to be fixed.

We plan on fixing a few things on this project that were overlooked due to time constraints. Hopefully, the new version won't have these issues! Sorry and thank you!

Yes and no. It was supost to make you aware that there is an eminent danger that makes you have to continue going right, but if you were unlucky maybe the checkpoint made it so that the enemy respawned right behind you. I'm sorry if that affect your experience! The game definitely needs some balancing.
