Very chill floating around. I like how the world is larger than it at first seems. after the first archipelago, there is the next one, and maybe the next... There is not much to do, so exploring was the most fun. I got stuck in odd corners, fell through the water, found the strandebeest, and a blue monkey head that I wasn't able to collect. That felt special.

That's fun and relaxing. I really like it. What annoyed me a bit was that the camera constantly rotated around the character. Is that intended or is it a bug on Linux?

That's a bug. It happened once to me on a test machine.  Does your pc have a touch screen? Also, does it happen every time you start the game in a new window?

Ok, thanks for the reply, I got it to work correctly. It used the throttle of my joystick for camera control.

What a chill game.

There are a few things I can see make it even more fun: have a device for subsea exploration (I used the strandbeest thingy).

Allow for a little acceleration. That could also be happening by introducing some wind that could be captured. Travelling between the island felt a little too long sometimes.

I've liked your game! It has potential in it, it has a quiet and cozy feel.

If you want to continue it in the future, here are some suggestions to make it even better:

  • Option to invert the y axis of the camera
  • Lerping of movement (smoothly stopping and starting the movements)
  • Making the camera a bit far away when you are out of the ship

These are the main things. There are some other details, but in general is a very good entry! Congratulations!
