Theme (enemy)

Yuwal

Correlation to theme
I've gone for a more final boss asthetic, as that was what I thought for Yuwal. There is a segment in the track too, which would hopefully give the player a false sense of hope. I composed mainly with EastWest Symphonic Orchestra and KFL1 to achieve an orchestral feeling, and to help me make it sound more grand.

I love the orchestral feel  and I liked in the hopeful portion how the organ and choir kicked in. It almost gave it a gospel feel there in a really cool way

I like it! The first beat was already grand. That orchestral feeling really helps to feel the grandness of the situation. When the violins (I guess?) join at 0:20 feels very good. And I love the (falsely) hopeful section at 0:55... and how it got destroyed at 1:10 ;). The theme gets a bit stale after you've heard it a while, but it definitely fits a final boss theme (especially with that hopeful section included)! Really nice :D

Your theme with the instruments you use (especially violin and bell) reminds me a theme of Final Fantasy 7... I don’t know which one. I like it!

The part of false hope makes me feel more a happy and melancholic passage at the same time... almost like after winning "the great final fight", but that some things will unfortunately change forever.

I love your work!

Thank you for your kind comments.

The track was indeed inspired by the Final Fantasy soundtrack, and although NOT FF7, it is more or less inspired by Final Fantasy 15's soundtrack.
