The UI was really well designed.

I think I’ve completed the game? I saw something like “you win” for a frame after I’ve attacked a chicken and after that game restarts.

I liked the look and feeling of the game, felt really old school. Animations, palette, pixel art and simple sound effects were adding to that atmosphere.

Perspective was a bit strange, I felt like I should’ve been able to turn and move, but due to FOV being very narrow I was mistaken several times and ended up facing a wall.

Thank you for your comment, the camera perspective really needs to be expanded, we will fix this in the future. Also thank you for appreciating the atmosphere and visual style!

The environment and game aesthetics looks good, and I enjoyed the chance of having 2 weapons in real time paced action. Just found it a little hard sometimes and got some difficulties with in-game movement.
Anyway, it was entertaining.

Thank you for your comment!

Dungeon looks nice. The in-game UI also. Combat is simple but works.

There just need to be more content I think as well as some smoothening of game mechanics like movement and enemy AI.

Thank you!

Thank you for the review. There was more content planned, but unfortunately we just didn't have time to implement it, the project will be improved!

I did it!

I've always liked cockatrices, they're cool.

I like the overall presentation, especially the animations of the crossbow even if it's a trap and you die if you use it. However I think the movement is a bit rigid, it doesn't feel good to me.

Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the comment, in reality the crossbow does not work on the slime as intended, they swallow and dissolve the bolts. I agree about the movement, in the future I want to make the transition with a small smooth attack, like a step.

This worked well from start to finish, despite it being a very short experience. I didn't really encounter issues, aside from not being able to loot the chest. I liked the crossbow mechanic and the old school vibe I think this has potential to be expanded into something good. Not sure on the theme incorporation though, since I didn't get to explore the Treasure Hunting part (chest not working) and the main mission was focused on the cockatrice slaying.

Thank you for your feedback, the game will really be improved, since unfortunately we did not have time to implement most of the ideas and mechanics. I hope we will be able to do this in the near future!
