I liked how this game created time pressure and you actually need to return to your friend several times during a playthrough. It adds a sense of urgency and makes you manage these resources. Bombs and dashes adds complexity to the level as well.

I've managed to beat the dungeon in 420 seconds (nice touch with the time at the end) and it felt like a enjoyable exploration. What I would like to see are more challenging puzzles and some explanation and feedback on timers for first time players.

Perfect!

Everything works, the atmosphere is well done! And this game is a true lesson about friendship!

Though since our wounded friend is just a head, I really wonder if he's really alive or if it's just what our protagonist thinks...

At least I managed to escape with him!

Good game!

I did 369 ans 18 foods. The game is cool, I like time pressures and instant movement, earning new navigation abilities is always cool and the double realm dungeon acknowledes the abilities well enough.

I did not like waiting stuck for bombs to explode and it was weird that pressing 'S' did nothing (either turning or walking backward would have been fine) but it's no big deal.

Good work.

Having to worry about your friend's hunger added an interesting level of restriction on how far you could explore. It was never all that strict about it, so I thought it added to the tension without taking away from the fun. It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out how to actually hurt the enemies, but once I did it made perfect sense. I often get a little disoriented when there's two worlds that I swap between, but in this case it was designed so that I never got lost, which worked well with the hunger constraint. Good job!

Poor cratos, the crate, he hungers every second, unable to move.
I really like the speed aspect of this game, even though it ended up making me dizzy.

A bit clunky but manageable, more movement options and a better war to see the world change when passing through a portal would really ease this up alot.

Alrigh entry overall, I liked that spin on dungeon exploration

Pretty Cool game, great concept with a good execution. the only improvement is to make the game feel a bit more responsive; the input latency is way too high currently.

I enjoyed feeding the kratos cube.

I collected 18 of 21 food and completed the dungeon in 377 seconds.

I feel as though the game could have used more movement controls, such as strafing and moving backward. It wasn't clear initially how to defeat the slimes, I was just spamming left click which eventually caused the rebound.

Thanks, glad you took good care of the "kratos looking guy". Thanks for the feedback. Not sure what you mean with strafing but moving backwards is something I definately should have added, dont know why I never thought about it. Originial idea was for the player to only be able to move forwards, because he identifies as a shark, which can only move forwards, though that idea was scratched. Im not pleased with the combat, it was preety much an after thought, because I wasnt sure if a fight system is needed for jam submissions. Could have really put more time into that. Im hoping to improve and use the things I learned in this jam for the next on later this year.

Hi Gurkus, by strafing I mean moving left and moving right. For example:  instead of turning to the left, moving forwards and then turning to the right, you can just 'sidestep' to the left.
