Really cool visuals and the character interactions were funny too. I think at some point I completely lost the entity as I didn't see them again. Wandering around the maze felt a bit frustrating at times, but maybe that's just more to do with my maze solving skills. Overall a really nice experience. Great job!

Very nice visuals, I still haven't had the opportunity to finish the game (it doesn't help that I'm awful at maze games) but I'll definitely be attempting it.

Fun little game. I enjoyed the 2.5D aesthetic and the hand drawn characters. Awesome work!

A really great game! I liked the idea of the same level revealing in different shapes. The graphics was really great with hands and things. The music stopped at some point, but before that it is a very fitting music elevating my anxiety. Thank you a lot!

Unsettling, but made whole by a fantastic group of characters! Feels like you really bottled some dream into a game.

Found myself trying to nod/shake my head to say yes/no before discovering the space bar.

As far as mazes go, this one is great: the pacing collecting new items, and the landmarks helped me mark out my location well.

Wow, what a unique and creative game! Loved the old DOS FPS style of real image based sprites. I found it hilarious and great that I couldn't open gates at first because I didn't have hands! I kept trying to walk through hedges too because it seemed like they were meant to be, and it wasn't until acquiring the candle that my suspicions were confirmed. I think I beat it? Honestly not sure. I made it out of the maze through a narrow hedge and walked into the fog and it faded to black, so it seemed like that was the end but then it immediately restarted. Any way, really cool style and unique experience. Kudos!

love your comment! I consider your ending as as a legitimate one, but the intended one was at the center of the maze :) we've already got a big update in the works, that will add so much more interesting things into the world of Hypnorynth in addition to multiple legitimate endings, you should revisit it when we drop it!

I love the atmosphere in this thing. Feel the total cosmic horror pursuit. Great work!

I'm a little confused on what I need to do here. I don't see the hands like in your screenshots. The floating goat skull dude keeps showing up and I get restarted in the maze. Am I missing something? I tried looking at the thing, looking away, I can't outrun it.

Otherwise, I can see this being interesting.

sorry the goal is confusing! You need to find the hands to open the gates in the first part of the maze! The ultimate goal is to reach the center of the maze, it's possible to out run the monster if you break it's line of sight to you.

if you keep taking left's in the maze you find the hands and unlock more of the maze.

Id recommend not running too far ahead of the monster, if you get to far away he may choose to ghost through walls and cut you off somewhere
