I could hear the East West samples in this—I use them too and I like them a lot. Do you use the Symphonic Library, or the Hollywood Strings?
I really enjoyed this piece a lot. The melody was very good, and the song flowed really well. Definitely one of my favorite songs from the jam. Well done!
Excellent motifs and melody. Reminded me of an 80's Agatha Christie movie - in a very good way.
ethereal spacing and slides movement folk town is like a love and war! (also the melody is similar to another dimension..)
Hi cinetic! And thank you!
I use a sample library from East West for my strings, and then I tweak them with some slight EQ-ing. Unfortunately, Logic's string patches are quite hard to work with when it comes to making them sound realistic. I'm not sure how far a vst by itself would bring you, but from my experience, I would definitely recommend getting a sample library.
Great track, in my ears it went from Ghibli to a mix of Metal Gear (from circa 2:00) and Final Fantasy.
The strings are very realistic, do you have any tips about that? I can't get my (Logic) strings to sound as I want. Should I just get a dedicated string vst or are there key settings I can tweak?
