How does the game fit into the theme?
In this game you are a jogger and you have to keep moving forward or else you will eventually run out of stamina. The fact that you move forward in game and that this is the main way you progress makes this connected to the theme.
What premade assets did you use if any?
- Fonts used: "Mozart NBP" from fontspace.com & ""Press Start 2P" from fontspace.com"
- Echo Sound Works for the different drum samples (Mostly from the "House Drums Kit", "FX Kit", and "Haze Lofi Kit")
- The Godot boot splash screen is the same one I used for a previous game "_move"
Apart from that, all other assets were made during the jam.

It's a great idea, and you can't cheat by pressing two buttons at once with one finger)
I also liked that the counter has 9 digits.
The music is actually so perfect i was jamming! I also really like the concept its super simple and super fun!! I do think it could be cool to add some roguelike elements to this to help your run, like cards that you can choose at every milestone and they can maybe change your speed, stamina, water bottle spawn rate etc. Also the fonts can be a little hard to read at times, but truly had so much fun playing this, great job!!!
Thanks for the feedback! I actually hadn't thought about the roguelike elements you listed, maybe I can experiment with them sometime
The game is very simple and fun. Although I think adding other elements besides the bottles could help improve the experience.
But other than that it's very good, my arm actually got tired haha
Good job! :D
I'm glad you enjoyed, and I hope your arm is feeling better haha.
My fingers hurt, it’s great! And the music is fire!
neat finger jogging i liked the tips after game overs it was cool / idk why on web version my clicking didnt work
For the clicking, which part are you referring to? Also thanks for trying out the game!
the keyboard when i started basically i couldt start running it can be cus of my web browser blocking some scripts
That's odd, I admittedly haven't encountered this before. Did the browser mention a specific error? Or did it tell you what scripts are being blocked? If ever it still doesn't work, you can also try the software download
game really gave my index fingers a workout! really fun though regardless of the hand pain!
Thanks for playing! And I do hope your hands get some rest haha
My hand hurts lol
Do take breaks and don't overexert haha... But I still hope you enjoyed the game!
good fun mate!
Simple and fun game! The aesthetic and the musics are perfect and the mechanincs are what they need to be. Very cool game! :D
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the game 💯
Good use of the theme and instantly rewarding mechanic, really well done!
Appreciate the thoughts, thanks!
Joggingcore really is a workout! I really liked the visual and audio presentation of the game! The bright and colorful background reminds me of the classic Apple logo, which blends nicely with the pop-up menus that resemble classic computer tabs. Overall, the calm and nostalgic aesthetic serves as a good contrast to the physically demanding gameplay loop. Great job! :)
I'm glad you caught the nostalgic computer aesthetics haha, I'm a huge fan of these 70s-80s aesthetics. Thanks for the feedback!
