I really liked the intro. You did a great job with those text effects. Sadly I couldn't figure out how to actually play the game. I tried several times but I couldn't hit any cows. Maybe the shoot range is too short?
Anyway, If you manage to fix that I'm pretty sure the ending would be hilarious, so keep it up with the project ^^
That's a really nice game! My only complaint is that it's super hard and unforgiving... or that I'm really bad at it. :(
After 4 attempts, I still didn't manage to catch all the cows.
Damn, I know, and I'm sorry. I'll fix the game when the jam is over, since the game has an ending upon completing the task.
This is so funny and what a cute idea! Love that we're the aliens that are beaming up the cows! The art on Armstrong's shop was great, if you had more time, I'm sure you'd be able to translate more of that same art into other parts of the game. I got about $500 bucks worth of cows, not sure if I could do anything else in the game after.
Oh, the game is difficult, and it has an ending when you get the $1000. But thanks.
That pixel art with the astronaut with the shop is insane. I aspire to be able to draw something like that in the future and would pay for a whole game with that aesthetic. The cow gathering is really silly, haha! I wasn't sure what to do after the cows escaped me, and I had $400 worth of collected cows. It'd be neat if the cows slowed down after getting hit (e.g., each hit they slow down 20%). Awesome game! and even awesome-r art!
Thanks a lot! The game is supposed to end when you catch all the cows :(. I'll see if I can make catching them easier.
