How does you game fit the theme?
My character is followed by a ghost, and there are entities about.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code from scratch, however I used unity asset store / turbo squid for the models.

Welp, I managed to escape:

The game is cool, the house definitely looks creepy, and the riddles are really fun and creative. My biggest problem with the game however, is that you don't get any indicator of when you've collected a key which can be really confusing. The sound effects are okay, but the constant ticking in the background is really grating on the ears. The ghost and the spooky sounds that happen occasionally are really cool and they definitely add to the spookiness.

Thank you, lol, I think you went out the wrong door. the ticking of the clock was meant to be a constant reminder you were on a fixed time limit and add urgency to the search. For the rest I shall be fixing all them things and then trying to make a workable game idea out of it. Even if it is just for my demo reel.

Yeah, I get what you're saying about the clock. It's not a bad idea in concept, but I thin the specific sound effect you used didn't sound very good.

Alright, thank you I will try and make a better effect for the updated version.

The clock ticking in the background gave me chills. Great work! Do you mind rating mine when you get a chance?

Developer

of course I will do it after I get home from running my errands

I think its hard to understand where to go or how to progress because it is a big house. Especially without flashlight its so hard. By the way the hud is probably because of UI canvas scale option. Scale with screen size selection should fix. Im not on 3d but in 2d I know that selection fixes this problem.

Freaky! I liked things like the old grandfather clock and the creepy voice acting. Very atmospheric.

I think you did an awesome job setting up the atmosphere. The creepy ticking in the background adding to the tension! I wasn't able to find all the keys on my first run, but that's likely because I'm terrible at riddles! I think you have a really solid base for a game and can definitely take a lot away from this and make an even better entry next time! Well done!

Thank you, I do have plans on building it up. I plan on scratching what I got and rebuilding it with hopefully cleaner code, less space definitely and fix the known bugs. Thank you for reviewing my game.

Took a while, I managed to find a door that took me outside, after restarting I managed to find all 3 keys and a flashlight, the hude wasn’t scaled and a strange creature followed me around but I still managed to escape, great work!

Thank you for the feed back

The clock ticking audio kept cutting off at the end of every tick. Also, the HUD didn't scale up to fit my screen (on my 2K monitor).

I love little indie horror games. With a bit more polish this could be very atmospheric.

Thank you for the feed back, I didn't think i was going to be able to finish it, but the hud im not sure why it did that I have it set to stretch in the inspector.
