How does you game fit the theme?
Since it is a game show, the criminal cases are not real and the criminals are not real. On a second level you have to find the "real" criminal among the suspects. So we have some suspects here that are not real criminals :)

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?

I like the concept and graphics of your game. Sometimes it was a little bit boring but all in all I had fun!

I liked the general idea here, I'm sorry that you did not have time for everything. I would like to a fully fledged version of this courtroom drama and more extensive utilization of the randomness, because I see some potential here. Do you plan to work on it after the jam?

The concept was interesting, though I do feel like the actual execution as a little boring in the puzzle.  There are a decent amount of systems for a more complex mystery though so I'd be interested to see if you added some more later.

It's also a nice touch to randomize the faces of the suspects, mixes it up every time.  Though it does seem like there could be systems for a fully randomized show here, which I think could be an interesting addition to the game.  Cause mechanics wise I am interested to try more, I was just a bit bored by the default setup.

Overall though, a pretty well done submission.  Good systems, good setup and especially that opening from the announcer was a nice touch.

Thank you for the review! Yes in sum we used only a fragment of the 7 days we had to do the game.

As you say, the mechanics allow for even more complexity. Even for some crime scene investigation and a multiplayer approach and more animation etc. When the jam ends we might add new things to the mix and make it a bit more interesting. Would you be interested to be informed, when the game has a bit more to it?
