Overall I have mixed feelings about the game. I really liked the textures and the theme that you were going for and most of all I ADORED the music. It was just great.
Now on to some of the issues your game had. The hitbox of the player was very weird. Crossing the bridge was nearly imposible. Also I spotted some trees inside of the river which looked like they weren't supposed to be there. A final issue i had was after crossing the first bridge (the one with the sunflowers) the screen went all black but the game was still running and I no idea what that was
Overall really good game!
The bridge you first encounter leads to a cave. You can't see in the dark cave, you need to find something to light the way ;)
This was a little game about exploration and discovery. Not everyone likes this kind of game, so I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Let me be frank. I HAVE BEEN ROAMING FOR 15 MINS WITH A CARROT IN MY HAND!! I enjoyed it themusic and the gameplay wer great.
Now for some gameplay issues. I would have liked if there was some tutorial on what the keys do and how to open chests and crossing the river it would have been great. And also I don't know how 2d games work but i guess there were some wierd boxes/vollider blocking my path.. Would love to check out your game later..I am intrigued

What keys do: open chests, How to open chests: keys. ;P seriously though the I button to interact works on chests only if you have a key.
Cool game. But need tutorial.

I haven't seen many sandboxes on game jams, and you've done good job creating one :) However, You have to explain game rules more, I didn't really know what to do, so I was walking around burping with carrot in my hand XD Also take a look at entrance to that area at right side, when I try to enter my screen turn black and didn't really know how to get away from there. Anyway, I hope that you will continue developing this game, keep it up! :)
Haha Burping with carrot in hand XD. The caves are supposed to be dark until you find the torch and light it, and lol yeah time constraints made it difficult to explain anything. I would suggest using the interect button to see what you can do. Discovery is the fun in Chaos Cube!

Pretty cool.
Nice looking game, but I was walking around for about 10 minutes not sure what to do. Also I accidentally burped and it scared the sh*t out of me lmao. Some instructions and lore would make this a really cool adventure game.

Interesting little thing, but I will say, for Jams people usually prefer if you package your exe as a .Zip. That way people don't have to go through install/uninstall process.

The Game is meant to be about exploration and discovery. If you explore you will find stuff to do. That being said, time constraints made the world a bit bare.(Hint: you are looking for the Chaos Cube ;) )
