Good MACOS screen capturing software?

Hi guys!

I would love to create like a small video promo for my game (or other projects i have done) but what is the best software to use for full screen recording on mac that does not slow down the game or creates a stuttering video?

i tried but the video it self is horrible, the frame-rate is like 8. Think its because its a full-screen capture but my game need to be in full screen to work since you use the mouse to shoot and capture souls. Or is there like a setting i don't know about so its more smooth?

I don't know if there is a setting with QuickTime, my guess will be no. I never had problem with it. You can try OBS Studio. It free.
