Hey man, I tried to download this but it looks like you have only put the .exe file on the upload. The original build should come in a folder with the crash log, data and a .dll file as well. If you zip the folder containing all of this, and then upload it, people will be able to play your game and give it a rating :) I hope this helps!
You need to include the game's data files too along with the executable

The game doesn’t launch, says it needs UnityPlayer.dll. Probably you should include it, not just the .exe file.
