The fire was a surprise. It'd be cool if you added a diegetic reason for the fire to have started. Lightning or arsonists, or whatever.

Fun little physics game! I enjoyed the extra elements of birds/fire damaging the buildings as you were trying to build it. Sometimes though those dangers would be below the screen preventing you from being able to stop them. Nice work!
