Ranked from 17 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does the game fit the theme?
Many things will go wrong, such as your ship exploding, or your engine running out of fuel, etc. In order to succeed, though, nothing can go wrong.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Some of the audio was taken from pixabay.com, and then edited.
I also used DOTween for tweening.

How many people worked on the game?

I enjoyed this, and the music did a great job adding to the atmosphere. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to use the Vorp. It also seemed like if I restarted without exiting the game, I would just never see anything and I would totally run out of energy and lose.

Once I finally got the hang of it and got some good Vorp collected I ran into... something else...

Developer

Yeah i know about that bug. I didn’t realize it existed until i did some testing after submission was over. :( Well, glad you liked the game. :)

The game presents well and feels tight, mechanically. However, some in-game guidance would be appreciated. How to move, where to move, why to move, they all could use expansion. Nonetheless, great work!

Took a while to figure out what to do, but super fun and challenging once you get the hang of it.

Liked the game for its atmosphere but it's really hard to get what to do

It got off to an intriguing start, and then everything started to blur. It will need to be repeated

Fantastic

Grat concept, a little confused to move or to understande where to go, but with  a tutorial and better way of find yourself on the ship would be great. Liked the game.

Cool Concept, nice take on the jam theme. you should add more feedback cause during the first game i got totally lost

Submitted

The concept was great. I felt like some of the controls were wonky and the camera angle off the ship was irritating me a little. Still, I would love to see this as a fully developed game.

Developer

When you say the camera angle off the ship what do you mean? The ship’s camera is at the same angle as the direction the ship moves in (although the position is a bit offcenter).

Thanks for the feedback, though, I do plan on continuing the game and perhaps publishing it.

Where you go to use the vorpium cubes, I felt like it was a a bit awkward to read the names and put the cubes.
Will definitely follow to see this idea fully developed.

Cool concept, fun mechanics would be nice to know how you are orientated before you leave the ship

Developer

Well, you can. That’s kinda what the compass is for, just power it and you will know how the ship is oriented.
