Gameplay was smooth and easy to understand. Shooting is satisfying.
I had issues with the movement. Due to the random spawning of the upgrades, and the lack of a zoom-out or other way to tell where things were, I had a hard time collecting them and was quickly overwhelmed by asteroids.
Regardless of the above, it was quite clear what everything was. The only issue I had here was confusing the stars with collectables; turning down the star opacity would quickly fix this issue, fortunately.
This game reminded me that rotating mechanics are actually more satisfying than one could expect.
Unique idea and an interesting control scheme, I found it quite difficult. I feel like the control scheme would work better if the camera was centered on the Earth instead.
Maybe you're right! I have considered that but I'm afraid that the player will appear too small...
That's a good point... Maybe I just have to get gud!
This is the best shooter game I played in this jam so far. The art, music, and the setting just fitted together so well. Easy to learn, challenging to master. I enjoyed it a lot!
Im so glad that you like it!!!
Nice artstyle, everything feels fairly polished. I would say that a little ring would be helpful to show where the player would go if they move as its a bit hard to tell.
Thanks for your praise and suggestion! I think I should pay more attention to guide…
