How does your game fit the theme?
You have to collect gold during the day (AKA "The Calm"), before night falls (AKA "The Storm") and the monsters come out
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code myself, other than the Input plugin. I did not make any of the assets for the game, and used purchased assets, which are credited on the game's page.

The simple and easy game makes it more addictive. also it very polished. Congratulations this is a great submission
I'm very impressed! It's simple and easy, but the game design is great. I always placed my markers until I thought I knew where I am. Immediately got lost. Also, no bugs at all, great job!
Hee-ho. Nice game. Very cute visual
For some reason I fell in love with the song that was playing while gathering gold, really nice atmosphere. I found this game fun and addicting.
I struggled to figure out what to do, game is very ambitious for a jam! Think the help section couldn't be edited, a wall of can be very daunting
Well done! Game feels very polished and has a lot of features. Nice enemy design as well. Congrats!
Very polished, good sound, fun attack animation, it was sometimes abit hard to aim the dash and the shield. good game!
Not great at reviewing games but I enjoyed it
I like that the enemies don't pull their punches
But i didn't use the shield much for the way kind of annoying way its aimed
which is a little strange on a keyboard
Also as others may have said the dash timing feels weird I kind of wish it was instant and just a cooldown after, would be a neat way to fight enemies as well!
Good job on the game I wouldn't mind seeing a concept like this explored further!
Had a fun run. Got all upgrades. Got rekt by the final boss. That guy is tough!
I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I couldn't kill some of his ads, they were immortal, no matter how many times I dashed through them.
The enemies and their bullet patterns were excellent. I just wish the dash was a tad bit better - even at max level it couldn't one-shot most enemies.
Controls were kinda clunky. Didn't use the shield at all, because it protects too far forward and has too low durability. It would be better if it just gave you iframes while holding it up to a certain duration (upgrade-able) and with a cooldown (also upgradeable). Dash would also be a lot better if it was just press-to-dash, even if it had higher cooldown, not hold to charge up. It felt clunky to use.
Navigation was excellent. I got lost a couple of times, but it was entirely my own fault for not using markers properly. It really tests one's spacial awareness.
Overall, a fun experience! :)
