How does your game fit the theme?
You try to survive a storm that suddenly gets much more intense
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
We made all of the code and music, most of the art, but used the E key prompt from Xelu's FREE Controller Prompts, and sound effects from Pixabay

I like the cute art and simple but addictive gameplay loop. I still haven’t gotten past wave 8 but I’ll keep trying!
On another note, having a description of what upgrades unlock would help a lot. I still don’t know how the scrap collector work / if it would even be useful.
Edit: Wave 10 now. The rapidfire / attack speed upgrades to the pistol are very satisfying
The scrap collector automatically collects scrap (can save scrap from falling off the map but is usally not worth it).
I really liked how the upgrades work! very satisfying to make every upgrade visual as well (especially within a week timeframe). Also loved the cute pixel art and sound design
Interestig concept. Great submission!
Very interesting but confusing at first glance. Love it!
I really like the graphics, and the boat room is a nice idea !
I like the simplicity of the graphics, my only problem was not understanding very well what I should do at the beginning (I only discovered that it was a ladder after a few waves) I miss a tutorial that helps me with this
The graphics are so simplistic and nice! Definitely could have used a tutorial in-game (i didn't understand how to get to the lower deck). However, the gameplay is pretty fun and intuitive.
I didn't realize there was a fire extinguisher, in the end, I burned to death, 10/10
A pretty interesting game. I did not understand what to do in the first run, but figured it out eventually. The lower deck not being visible is not too intuitive, but with a little bit of trial, it's definitely something that anyone could figure out.
If we had more time we may have created a simple tutorial, all information is in the description.
:)
Took me a second to figure out how to stop getting hit, and it was smooth sailing from there. I really enjoyed it!
