Great game! Feels polished, motions are smooth and controls are simple enough to enjoy the game. I am curious whether or not there was a boss at the end there, I died before that xD. Couple of thoughts:

  • Moving from square to square feels quite slow. When I reached the dead end, I was not happy to crawl all the way back
  • The slime is moving square by square but hero knights are not. Is this intended? One of them dropped the heart right on the intersection of the cells where I can't go
  • When I am shooting projectiles, I am not sure where exactly I should aim, I always somehow miss (the trajectory is not from slime to mouse - what I originally expected)
  • When I enter some levels, I am immediately attacked, even before fade in is done. This is a bit jarring and unexpected - as a player I would assume that there is a little bit of time after I finished transition
  • What does the orange thing do?
  • The map would be of great help because I don't know where I am through the game

thanks for feedback! there's no boss at the end unfortunately 😔.

first. idk how to fix it, so it's a needed suffer

second. i don't like to deal with wall collision

third. idk

fourth. i plan to make player immune to attacks for a second when enter room.

fifth. increase damage

sixth. i gonna make a map

i won't be making update cuz it's a jam game

This was a good game! I think I saw it at the start of the game jam but didn't rate it haha. But now, as my 50th and final game I will rate just before the jam ends I rated you. Anyways, I liked the art and the sound effects although some more music, especially for the gameplay, would've been nice! The movement is a little bit annoying as it's tile to tile but it was still enjoyable. The shooting mechanic was a bit hard to use - with hard I mean the aim was a bit off sometimes - but it was no big problem. I would've liked a minimap so I could more easily know which rooms I should go in next. But as I said, it's a good game overall. Well done. Edit: Oh, and the intro with the remade bored pixels jam logo... it was so funny!

nice work! the art is pretty good. I wish the movement was a bit less “tile by tile” to make the game a bit more dynamic. The idea is very similar to games like “Nuclear Throne” (http://nuclearthrone.com/)

Good game, gameplay is simple, but still good. These rooms reminded me of The Binding Of Isaac

It took me a while before I realised that I needed to go into the door to start playing. I was waiting for enemies lol. I thought the enemies will appear from the door. I like the animations and sounds in the game.

The characters are adorable! I saw in a reply you wanted some feedback on weirdness/bugs so:

I noticed sometimes when you spawn into a room enemies will already be on top or right next to you making you take damage right from the start before you can even move. 

If health drops where 4 floor tiles meet it won't pick up.

I'd love to see a polished version later!

Sounds and animations are good. I like how enemies die.

Controls are easy and smooth. 


While playing I encountered a bug: I was killed but nothing happened. Enemies continue shooting same place.
