Hi,

I defeated the crime! This game was nice, way less boring than I would've expect it to be. The combat felt pretty good (different enemies and a power-up for the boss-fight) + I loved the idea of clues instead of hearts for this game. Only thing I can give you feedback on is polish; the gun doesn't rotate when you aim (or at least not for me) and some enemies spawned outside of the room (this wasn't a problem as the bullets would pass through the walls). Also: you did a good job on the music and the sound effects, they really make the game that much better!

I had fun with that! I loved the character design, and the touch with the window changing as you go to the door was really good. If I was to give any feedback it would be that the switch from the office to just being straight in combat was a bit sudden and having the pistol sprite flip vertically when aimed backwards would really make a big difference, but honestly those are both really nitpicky. Great job to everyone involved!

Great music and fun visuals! I may just be bad, but the first enemies seem to kill me rapidly, and are verrrrry bullet spongey.

Awesome game, love the Private Investigator theme and music that fits so well. Only complaint is that the combat is a little slow, if the gun did more damage or if there were some power ups to increase the pace a bit would definitely help. Great work!

Art is fantastic, audio is great, story is fun, gameplay is engaging! Only real complaint is the fight against the nice lady with the hearts drags on a little too long. Otherwise honestly 10/10

Great job, I especially love the sound effects when you get hit, really sells the experience. I got softlocked at the gate of truth because one of the baddies spawned off the bottom of the screen.

Awesome game! The character sprites are already really good! Would love to see this get developed further.
